Galveston tennis group to host free drill camp
Who: Galveston Community Tennis Association
What: Free Summer Tennis Drill Camp with teaching pro-Philip Perez. Perez will also provide Yonex demo racquets to anyone interested in trying them out. Participants may also play matches. Balls will be provided free of charge.
When: 8:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 18th.
Where: Scoggins-Stiglich Tennis Courts at Menard Park. 2222 28th St., Galveston, TX 77550
Why: To provide local tennis enthusiasts of all ability levels ages 16 and older an opportunity to meet others who enjoy tennis, participate in organized drills and learn about league play and other activities conducted by the Galveston Community Tennis Association.
